“Mr Sokolowski responded to UKAD’s Discover on 30 April 2023 indicating that he used a complement which he believed contained the Prohibited Substances present in his Pattern.

“On 26 Could 2023, UKAD charged Mr Sokolowski with the fee of ADRVs for the Presence and Use of Prohibited Substances.
