Joe Biden has dementia.

Biden wandered round confused throughout Tuesday evening’s July 4th festivities on the White Home.

Dr. Jill joined Joe Biden on stage on the White Home’s Independence Day Celeration.

It was time for Biden to exit stage left, however he ended up wandering round on stage.

“I don’t, man! I need to say hello to him!” Biden mentioned. “You’re making an attempt to get me off stage! You’re afraid I’m gonna begin singing!”
