CHICAGO (WLS) — When you use DuSable Lake Shore Drive to get round Chicago, try to be conscious of some in a single day closures.
Beginning Wednesday night time, the northbound drive is diminished to at least one lane between Irving Park and Lawrence. Lanes reopen at 10 a.m. Thursday morning.
Then beginning at 8 p.m. Thursday, DuSable Lake Shore drive will likely be diminished to at least one lane going north between LaSalle and Lawrence. That discount will final till 2 p.m. Friday.
Subsequent week there will likely be southbound lane closures on Sunday and Monday.
Starting at 3 p.m. Sunday, southbound DuSable Lake Shore Drive will likely be diminished to at least one lane between Lawrence and Irving Park Street, after which all southbound lanes will likely be closed at 7 p.m. All lanes will reopen at roughly 6 a.m. Monday.
Beginning at 4:30 p.m. Monday, southbound lanes will likely be diminished to at least one lane between Lawrence and Irving Park, after which totally closed at 6 p.m. once more. Lanes will reopen at 6 a.m. Tuesday.
Detours will likely be posted, CDOT stated.
