Richard Osthoff tells TMZ … Santos deserves to spend time behind bars and he hopes the choose throws the e-book at him.
The vet says he is not the one one glad the feds busted Santos, operating off an inventory of teams he claims have been wronged by George. Whereas he is stunned on the timeline, Richard says he is glad Santos lastly has to face the music … and he believes extra costs could possibly be coming.

As we reported … the FBI arrested Santos Wednesday for a wide range of alleged misdeeds, together with mendacity. He was charged with 13 counts of wire fraud, cash laundering, theft of public funds and making false statements to the Home of Representatives.
For his half, Santos insists he is harmless, calling the indictment in opposition to him a “witch hunt” and refusing to resign.
