(Reuters) – The FBI and the U.S. Environmental Safety Company are canvassing Martinez, California, residents over a November oil refinery emissions launch, based on a report within the Los Angeles Occasions.    

PBF Power (NYSE:)’s Martinez refinery emitted a “powdery substance” final Nov. 24 and 25 and had did not notify the county of the discharge, Reuters reported final yr.
