CHICAGO (WLS) — Fallen Chicago law enforcement officials, together with Officer Aréanah Preston, had been honored Wednesday as their names had been added to the Gold Star Memorial Wall.

Preston’s title joined a whole bunch of different fallen officers’ on the Gold Star Memorial Wall.

Preston’s mom and household had been there, together with quite a few different CPD members, paying respect to the 24-year-old fallen officer. They, together with different gold star households, had been flanked by officers carrying tributes to those that had made the last word sacrifice.
