Man on scooter injured in South Loop hit-and-run crash: Chicago police

CHICAGO (WLS) — A 23-year-old man driving a scooter Tuesday night time was injured in a hit-and-run crash within the South Loop, Chicago police stated.

The person was driving north simply earlier than 8:45 p.m. within the 2200-block of South State Road when a white four-door sedan hit him and drove away, police stated.

CPD stated the automotive was driving north and tried to make a left flip onto Cermak Street.

The person was taken to Stroger Hospital in honest situation.

Nobody was in custody Wednesday morning, and Space Three detectives are investigating.

CPD didn’t present any further description of the suspect.
